What I see every day in the GTA is that every market\u2014whether it\u2019s Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, or Edmonton\u2014moves to its own rhythm. For my clients, this means tailored strategies and a commitment to delivering value, no matter the market\u2019s mood. Even as the labour market improves, true affordability will depend on sustained moderation in home prices.
